Our Elders
Caleb McClarren
Caleb grew up on a farm in Northwest Ohio, and met his wife Kari at Baptist Bible College. From there, he served as an Associate Pastor at Grace Church for 13 years, and completed his Master of Arts from Denver Seminary. Caleb is passionate about teaching God’s word and equipping God’s people, and so in 2022, he was sent to Florida to partner with Starkey Road Baptist Church to plant a church in Hudson. In November of 2024, the church called him to be their pastor.
Caleb and Kari have been married for 17 years blessed with two sons and one daughter. When not working on projects around the house or at church, Caleb enjoys cheering on Chelsea F.C., coaching soccer, and woodworking.
Trevor Holloway
Trevor put his faith in Christ while attending Northern
Illinois University, where he also met his wife, Betsy. Trevor earned his Ph.D. in Applied Theology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and currently serves as the Vice President for Student Development and Associate Professor of Global Missions at Trinity College of Florida. Before arriving at Trinity College, he and his family were missionaries in Peru for eight years, where he founded and directed Seminario Cristiano Andino.
Trevor and Betsy have been married for 20 years and have five children. The Holloway family enjoys hiking, reading good books, going to the beach, and cheering on their favorite football teams.
Mark Rawsthorne
Mark Rawsthorne went to Clearwater Christian College where he studied, played baseball, and met his wife Cristina. They were married in 2010 at Starkey Road Baptist Church and served faithfully there for many years, through various ministries, missions trips, and Mark’s leadership on their deacon board. In 2024, the Lord led Mark and Cristina to move their family of six to Hudson to help with the church plant.
Mark is currently enrolled and enjoying his studies at Reformed Theological Seminary online.
